Made from Chenin Blanc grown on clay/cyst soil. After pressing the whole bunch, it is fermented and aged in tanks. You can feel the aroma and flavor of yellow peel fruits such as yellow apples, quince, apricots and citrus fruits. The fruit, acidity and umami spread step by step, giving a fresh impression, but the finish is calm. The sweetness is modest and dry, but it has a lot of ripe fruit flavor and the body feels a little thicker when the temperature rises.
