Serragghia Fanino 2022

The remarkable Fanino is a blend of white Cataratto and red Pignatello from old vines planted on ancient terraces on volcanic soils. The grapes are handpicked, 7 months of skin contact and then left to ferment in terracotta amphoras buried in the vineyard. Bottled unfiltered, with no additions. Its deliciously fresh and an amazing expression of Pantelleria.
