Le Carignan de la Source 2020

The Source is a homogeneous parcel of 60 years old vines of Carignan that gives pretty grapes with unique aromas from linden and red fruit. Harvested by hand and then kept 4 weeks in concrete followed by one year in barrels, nothing added, unfined, unfiltered.

Appearance: Mineral, bold & finesse. Need to receive good oxygen to open up.
