Le Blanc des Garennes 2022

This cuvèe is a little different from the 2021 available, this year no barrel are used in any stage.

Terroir: Calcareous soil and blue marl, yet winds are just as important: the “vent Cers” from the northwest brings cold, dry weather as a counterpoint to the warm, humid air to the east, the Mediterranean “vent Marin”.

Fermentation/Élevage: 4 weeks in concrete followed by 12 concrete

This astonishing blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Roussanne, vinified using indigenous yeasts and absolutely without anything else added.
