Fêtembulles 2022

Chenin from young vines grown on limestone, silex and red clay in Coteaux du Loire. Hand picked, very slowly pressed, fermented in tanks before being transferred to bottle and then kept on its lees before disgorged by hand. No fining or filtration, no dosage or sulfites added.

Appearance: Amazingly dry with delicate fine bubbles and a superb, lingering finish.
