El Pino Rojo 2022

An extreme wine, but only in terms of latitude and altitude.

Vineyards at 1,300 m altitude. Slate soils, poor and stony.

Vinification: 50% direct pressing and 50% destemming, and all together macerated for 4-5 days. Aged for 1 year in large barrels (500 lit). Bottled in November 2023.
