The Coup de Jus vintages are produced by the Marnes Blanches trade. This cuvée comes from old vine Auxerrois & Pinot Blanc planted on limestone in Alsace. The grapes were whole cluster pressed into neutral barrel for fermentation and a ten-month élevage.

Space Monkey is a blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois. The vinification and aging are carried out in barrels and demi-muids for 10 months.
