Chardonnay from clay-limestone soil, direct pressing, fermentation with native yeasts in concrete vats. Aged 12 months on its lees in barrels, not filtered or fined and no addition of sulfits.

Appearance: Straight and tense mouthfeel, creamy with citrus notes.
