Shipping
All orders placed before 10:00 a.m. are dispatched on the same day.
The customer will always receive a tracking number by email or SMS to follow the shipment of the products from the pickup to its destination by our partners UPS or DPD express.
If delivery is attempted and fails, a note will be sent to the recipient. The note will mention the date and time of the delivery attempt. It will also include data identifying the shipment (identification number and sender's name) and information about where the shipment may be picked up. This shipment will remain at the pickup point for 3 to 10 business days, after which it will be returned to the sender.
In case of a wrong or incomplete address, a fee will be charged for a new delivery in some cases.
Please note: The customer is responsible for verifying the condition of the package(s) and the contents of the package(s) on delivery, ensuring the items and quantities delivered match those on the order form. A signed receipt of delivery will indicate acceptance from the customer.

We must inform that shippings to US can take from about 3 weeks to arrive to it's destination.
It leaves Europe by mail service with all the customs duties paid and when it arrives in the US (in about a
week) we will be notified with the tracking number by the express in USA .
