Ramon Saavedra is making natural wines 1200 meters above sea level in Granada by the Sierra Nevada mountains. Blanco is vinified with Macabeo 50%, Viogner 20%, Chardonnay 15% and Sauvignon 15% grapes grown at the feet of Sierra Nevada mountains. Fermentation with indigenous yeast and aging in steel tank for 6 months without sulphites added.
