"Schilcher" is the name for a local rosé made from Blauer Wildbacher in the districts of western Styria. 

This unique frizzante has 10 to 12 hours maceration, gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Addition of yeast and sugar for the second fermentation.
