Made from Blauer Wildbacher grapes grown on Opok soil, harvested by hand and destemmed. About 8-10 hours skin contact, fermented and maturated in wooden barrels for 6 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without adding sulfites.
A radiant rose with a pronounced fruitiness, which shifts from the nose to the taste. On the nose notes of redcurrant and strawberry. Juicy fruit on the palate and the typical acidity of the Blue Wildbacher grape.
