Ramon Saavedra is making natural wines 1200 meters above sea level in Granada by the Sierra Nevada mountains. The rosado is made from 100% Tempranillo grown on red clay soil, maceration on the skins with indigenous yeast, aging 6 months in steel tanks, bottled without clarification or filtration. 

An honest and earthy rosé, very easy and delicious to drink.
