Made with Savagnin grown in Arbois, macerated in whole bunches for two months, followed by a year of rest in tank. Due to the longer maceration Alice is able to play with new aromatics and interesting textures for the Savagnin. This is a one of a kind Savagnin where you will find nice citrus, amber colour and exotic flowers.
