Natural Biodynamic No Sulfites Unfiltered

TLZ is an abbreviation for Trauben, Liebe und Zeit - Grapes, Love and Time, the only three ingredients needed in a wine. Made from hand picked carefully selected healthy grapes of 95% Zweigelt with 5% Blauer Wildbacher, grown on gneiss soils high in iron and silica. After whole-cluster fermentation the wine is pressed and kept in oak barrels for 12 months. Its bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without sulfites added at any stage.
Appearence: Light bodied, dark fruits, soft tannins with a pleasant note of oak, refreshing with medium acidity.
