Natural No sulfites Organic

The grapes are planted in various plots on the slopes of Barranco Oscuro in Sierra Nevada, at around 1300 meters above sea level, planted between 1996 and 1998, in soils where clay predominate. 

The vineyards are grown naturally, no herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilizers are used. 

Destemmed, direct press, 70% in inox and 30% in barrels for about one year. Bottled in autumn 2022.
