The grapes are planted in various plots on the slopes of Barranco Oscuro, at around 1300 meters high, planted between 1996 and 1998, in soils where clay predominate.
The vineyards are grown naturally, no herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilizers are used.
Direct pressing, passing to stainless steel for the beginning of spontaneous fermentation.
After the fermentation the wine is transferred to spend a year in barrel until it is bottled. No sulfur dioxide or any other type of additive or preservative has been used. It has not been subjected to accelerated stabilization processes. The winery of Barranco Oscuro is located at an altitude of 1280 meters.
