Ramon Saavedra is producing natural wines 1200 meters above sea level in Granada through the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Temperatures are extreme and ripening is slow giving our wines a vivid colour, acidity, alcohol and tannins that make them long-lasting. 

Cauzon Tinto is made from 100% tempranilo from clay and sand soil, macerated on the skins for one week with indigenous yeasts, then kept 12 months in steel tank.

Appearance: Dark plum and hedge berries together with iron and salty notes.
