Ramon Saavedra is making natural wines 1200 meters above sea level in Granada by the Sierra Nevada mountains. Blanco is white wine produced by Bodega Cauzon Winery, vinified with Macabeo 50%, Viogner 20%, Chardonnay 15%, Sauvignon 15% grapes at foot of Sierra Nevada mountain. Fermentation with indigenous yeast and aging in steel tank for 6 months without sulphite added.
