Made from Mauzac Jaune 70% Colombard, Grenache blanc, Marsanne and Sauvignon blanc, 30%, all grown in the upper Limoux valley. Yield 20hl/ha. The Mauzac is macerated in whole bunches for 9 months and the rest is a blend of macerations in jars. No sulfites or anything else added, unfiltered.
