Marsanne (28 years old) 70% and Sauvignon blanc (13 years old) 30% grown on Villafranchian deposit on a basaltic base in Pézenas in the Hérault valley. Macerated in whole bunches of Sauvignon in a mixture of direct press and destemmed grapes manually from Marsanne for 45 days. Aged in vats for 8 months.

Appearence: On the nose bergamot, fresh almond, mango, green olive, grapefruit ... the mouth is tense, full, with a
nice minerality, long on the white fruits (vineyard peach...)
