Natural Biodynamic No sulfits Unfiltered

Its obtained with organic grapes partly purchased in Bomarzo and Pitigliano, 50% Sangiovese, 50% between Syrah and Merlot. After destemming, the grapes undergo a maceration of about 3 weeks with the skins, the wine then is refined for 6 further months in steel vats. Thanks to the vintage, in this case also the wine has an excellent structure and freshness, a clear and distinct fruit, which evolves with good intensity at the end.
