Pinotto 2020 is a wine produced with the young vineyards of pinot noir and syrah, grown in the Quercennali vineyard, still too raw to help produce PNT. They are planted on two different plots at 470 meters, result of two massal selections, one derived from the PNT vineyard, the other directly from Burgundy. The grapes harvested with a beautiful maturity, were vinified whole with a carbonic maceration of about one month. After pressing, the wine finishes fermenting in 5 hl oak barrels, where it refines for a total of one year, then in bottle for about six further months.
