ROSATO 2020, is a full-fledged rosé, obtained from a direct pressing of aleatico grapes, without any maceration. After de-stemming,the grapes were directly pressed and placed in the vat to ferment. After just three weeks of fermentation, it was decanted into barrels of various capacities, to mature about 10 months on its own fine lees. After bottling, it refines another 6 months before being sold.
