Le Coste Bianco 2019

Le Coste - Clémentine Bouveron & Gian Marco Antonuzi
Orange - Lazio

Natural Biodynamic No sulfits

2019 harvest is proving to be one of the best, certainly thanks to the quality of the grapes, but above all the dynamics of fermentation, carried out with linearity and without stoppages.

The Bianco underwent a long maceration, precisely to best express the characteristics of a solar vintage. It does not lack freshness, it expresses itself with a nice fruit and reveals its beautiful structure on the finish. Obtained from the new vineyard of Vigna Grande and still partly from the old vineyards, with a prevalence of procanico grapes completed for about 30% by malvasia, roscetto, pedino, romanesco and ansonica.

After destemming, the grapes fermented and macerated for more than two weeks in French oak truncated cone vats; after pressing, the wine finishes fermenting and ages for about a year in 10/20 hl oak barrels, and then rests for a further 6 months in the bottle.
