Natural Biodynamic No sulfites Unfiltered

Blend of 7 different varieties, all harvested separately and fermented separately, half pre rain, half post rain. aged in old neutral oak barrels (1200-2400L), for ten months before bottling. Both maceration (2 weeks), and direct press.
Its the same old weiss that we know and love from these local aromatic varieties. This vintage is definitely more concentrated, but still has the Nestea plunge!
