Les Quarterons is from 30 years old vines grown on clay and limestone soil. Fermented in stainless steel for 3 months and aged for 24 months. A light yellow color, mineral notes on the nose, fresh and fruity on the palate with minerality and great reflection of the terroir with a long and concentrated aftertaste. Riffaults entry level wine is an absolute favourite!
