Made from Chenin 50% (28 years) and Chardonnay 50% (10 years) grown in the upper valley of Limoux. Yield 24 hl/ha. Vinified in whole bunches and manually destemmed, soaked with a little direct press, 40 days maceration and then aged on lees
for 10 months in amphora. No sulphur, no filtration or anything else for that matter...as with all wine from Anthony Tortul.

Appearance: Floral, bergamot and a very acidic finish typical for these grapes and altitude
