IN 2018 the summer was warm with some humidity at the end, a good harvest but with limited quanties.

Harvested at the end of September. Co-fermentation in concrete tank with submerged cup then aged 36 months in 26 hectolitres old Slavonian oak barrels.

Appearance: Fruit light red, blue berry tones, pepper and apricot finish.
