Sauvignon blanc (29 years old) 60%, Chasan (44 years old) 40% with very low yield (6 hl/ha), grown on limestone in Carcassonne. After manual destemming its macerated in sandstone jars for 45 days then aged in jars for 11 months. Soaking for 65 days in three phases, then aged in stoneware jars for 18 months.

Appearance: An incredible nose of mango, citrus fruits, dried banana, curry and tangerine, a full and mineral
mouth, aromatic, long and complex, with a beautiful tannic structure, very good aging potential!
