Natural Biodynamic No Sulfites Unfiltered

Charme is a Chenin from 40 years old vines grown on red clay, silex and limestone. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maturation on fine lees for 18 months in old oak barrels. It is complex and delicious now but will get even better by the year!

Appearence: Medium bodied, high acidity, rich fruit as green apples and pear, honey, very smooth, mineral and long finish.
