Cariboum is a blend of equal parts of Carignan and Grenache, grown biodynamically by Claude Ughetto in the Vaucluse.

The Carignan is pressed directly and the Grenache is added to the fermenting juice in whole bunches to infuse gently for two weeks. Its then pressed into tanks to rest until the following spring. 

Appearance: Super light, Fruity & Energetic.
