A blend of several different hand picked varietes, fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. The wine is bottled unfiltered, unfined and with no additions of sulfites.

Its fresh and crunchy. The nose has aromas of white fruit, white flowers and herbs. Light in the mouth and amazingly easy to drink.
