Natural No Sulfites Unfiltered

Blend of Tempranillo, Sumoll and Bobal wildly fermented in steel with about 10 days of maceration, followed by elevage in old wood and bottling with no degrading fining, filtration or added SO2.

The wine has a good amount of Co2 which is a natural protection for the wine. To appreciate the wine fully, give it some time after you open it or decant to let the gas disappear.
