Is someone, who due to his winning ways, quickly makes friends anywhere.
From 40 years old vines grown on limestone, slate and gravel. Hand harvested and partially destemmed, the wine is partly fermented on the skins in wooden vats with the rest fermented in wooden barrels. Then the wine is aged in wooden barrels for about one year. The wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulfites. Herbaceous and pleasant citrus notes, strong minerality and a medium body with a fine acidity with a lot of personality in the glass. Timotheus shows what the adults in the Gut Oggau family can do.
Appearance: Medium bodied, juicy, mineral, green apple, honey and white flowers.
