Riffault has 1ha of Pinot Noir of his total 12ha vineyards. The harvest is done late, just as with the white, with about 40% botrytis. After 10 days of maceration it is fermented and aged in old barrels The 2017 vintage was cooler, its a fine and  concentrated red fruit.
