Pierre Précieuse is Alexandre Bain’s benchmark vintage. Made from Sauvignon Blanc gently pressed in whole cluster and bunches, aged in wooden casks then in stainless steel vats for a whole 46 months! No filtration, no fining and no added sulphites. 

This wine is a pure, straight and crystalline natural Sauvignon, you never get tired of Sauvignon like this. According to Alexandre this wine is one of the best he ever made since he started in 2007.
