Natural | Biodynamic | No sulfits |

Le Coste Bianco 2018 is obtained from grapes grown in Le Coste Cru wich is two adjacent parcels, facing east-south east. Procanico and vermentino planted together with other local varieties. The grapes are harvested at optimal maturity and with a good percentage of noble rot (botrytis), then de-stemmed and placed in wooden vats. After a short maceration, they are pressed and placed in a conical French oak vat where they ferment on their lees for about a month. As soon as the fermentation is over, the wine is decanted into 10/15 hl barrels, where it stays for about 2 years. After bottling, it rests for further 18 months in bottle before being released on the market.
