Natural Biodynamic Unfiltered No sulfites

Gamay grown in Moulin à Vent, hand picked, semi-carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts in full clusters in epoxy tanks. Aged in oak barrels and then bottled without filtering or adding sulfites. La Petite Oseille presents the particularity of the rich manganese subsoil from Moulin à Vent with spicy aromas, floral notes and red fruits that give a fleshy complexity. A wine that just gets better by the day.
