Made from Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone and marl in Tracy sur Loire. Spontaneously fermented in vats with indigenous yeasts, aged 24 months in vats. No filtration, no fining and no added sulphites.

Typical of Pouilly, it offers a beautiful finish with minerality that smells of local stones, fruity and saline. It is deliciously tense and fresh, rich and complex, ripe and crunchy...
