Chenin from 40 years old vines grown on limestone flint and yellow clay in Jasnières. The climate is fairly mild and rainy winters and hot summers, with large differences in temperature between day and night during spring and summer. The grapes are hand picked, direct pressed and aged for 24 months in old barrels. 1000 bottles made.

Appearence: A rich and voluminous wine of superb length, slightly oxidative.
