Hand harvested Pinot Noir grown in Irancy. Fermented semi-carbonically in fiber-glass tank, then maturated in 225 liter oak barrels, bottled without fining or filtration with minimal addition of sulfites. Light red, well structured, fresh dark fruit, leather and spices. Smooth palate.
