Natural No Sulfites Added Unfiltered

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Zweigelt grown on sandy gravels with slate and limestone, hand harvested, destemmed and the stomped by foot. Fermented with indigenous yeast in large barrels, no racking. Aged 24 months and then bottled without fining, filtering or additions of sulfites. A deliciously light and fragrant red from Tschida, low tannins, medium body. Perfect acidity and sweetness.
