As the name suggests, you can taste the granite soil in the wine. As always, handpicked semi-carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts on complete bunches in epoxy tanks, aged in oak barrels, bottled without filtering or adding sulphites.
Appearance: Light Body, Berries, Pleasant Acidity.
Comparing to the 2015 it has less complexity.
