Natural Biodynamic No Sulfites Unfiltered

Chenin from young vines grown on limestone, silex and red clay in Coteaux du Loir. Hand picked, very slowed pressed, fermented in tanks before transferred to bottle, then kept on its lees before disgorged by hand, no fining or filtration. No dosage or sulfites added.

Appearance: Amazingly dry with delicate fine bubbles and a superb, lingering finish.
