Made from 30 years old Syrah, hand harvested, destemmed and the stomped by foot. Fermented with indigenous yeast in large barrels, no racking. Aged 12 months and then bottled without fining, filtering or additions of sulfites. A delicate and fine Syrah that is cool and fresh with notes of exotic spices and wild berries.
