2019 was a short summer with balanced temperature, abundant harvest with very good quality.

Harvested mid of September. Co-fermentation in concrete tank with submerged cup then aged in 26 hectolitres Slavonian oak barrels for 36 months.

Taste: Fruit forward, very perfumed, elegant and long in the mouth, light and refreshing tones of red fruit, cherry, and prunes.
