Sparkling orange wine is hard to find, a good one even harder but here is an amazing one from Strohmeier! Sauvignon Blanc, Weissburgunder is macerated on the skins for three weeks and then blended with direct press Zweigelt, then aged for eight months in wooden barrels, with a second fermentation taking place in bottle, no added sulfites of course.
