Aged for 36 months under light flor without illage. before 2005, it was called Doucet Angers Vigne, and they named it Aphrodite (the goddess of Greek mythology), the goddess of love and fertility, to give a strong impression of the gratitude and maturity of the grapes from the 2010 vintage with 12% Alcohol.
It has an amber-like color, not complex as Amazones or Odysee. It has a modarate sweatness and acidity which leads afterwords to a sort of green tea on the palate for refreshment.
