AA stands for Anonimo Ancestral and it’s an electrically invigorating white petnat natural wine from Spain’s Penedes area of Catalunya, made from Garnatxa Blanca, Parellada, Xarel-Lo and Tempranillo. Fermentation is wild and untamed and the wine sees no  fining, filtration or added sulfites.

Appearence: Herbal, Fruity and so much fun to drink.
